Chocolate Power Bar Muffins

These delicious muffins have no flour, are fairly easy to make, and delicious. They are not super sweet muffins but more power bar muffins. A great go to breakfast grab.

  • Prep: 5 min
  • Cook: 20 min
  • Yields: 1 dozen


  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 2/3 cup steel oats
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a muffin tray with a non stick cooking spray (or better yet use a manual pump with olive oil to eliminate chemicals!
  3. Combine all ingredients into a food processor. You may need to scrape the sides in order to make sure it mixes properly.
  4. Scoop into muffin tin, place in the oven, and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool before serving.
