Lately I’ve been having the problem of staying committed to actions I say I’m going to take. This is as simple as promising to make an appointment and forgetting to do it, to as frustrating as saying I’m going to start to write my book with a month going by and barely a page written.
Yoga has been another activity that is on my list that I have said I would do every day, and then I skip one day here because of swing dancing… and the next day, I’m not feeling that great, so a day of rest is needed. Now it has been a week and I still haven’t done any yoga.
I’m out of integrity all over my life! I was telling my Aunt about how I kept saying I would do yoga every day and then I don’t do it. Yoga is known to help ease fibromyalgia symptoms. There was no reason I shouldn’t be doing it every day. Yet I don’t.
My Aunt gave me the best advice. “Just start with 30 days.”
Join me in the 30 day challenge!
Pick something you have been saying you are going to do daily, yet haven’t done it. For me, I’m going to be doing yoga for 30 days. Period. And I have you guys to hold me accountable!

So who wants to join me in taking the next 30 days to start a new habit or break an old one? Could be as simple as drinking at least 2 cups of water before noon or has hard as taking 30 days with no sugar.
Take on your health, and try something little, that takes 20 to 30 minutes to do, and do it for 30 days straight.
Steps for The 30 Day Challenge:
- Pick something small that you want to make a habit.
- Do it for 30 days.
If you are taking something on, comment below so we know! We also want to hear back from you and see how it went and how you felt after 30 days.
I will write down my gratitudes of the day every night before bed.
Love it! People who are grateful have been found to be happier 🙂
