These delicious muffins have no flour, are fairly easy to make, and delicious. They are not super sweet muffins but more power bar muffins. A great go to breakfast grab.

Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder

- 2/3 cup steel oats
- 1/3 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 egg

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Spray a muffin tray with a non stick cooking spray (or better yet use a manual pump with olive oil to eliminate chemicals!
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor. You may need to scrape the sides in order to make sure it mixes properly.
- Scoop into muffin tin, place in the oven, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
